SUITED
Created for the business woman who wants to wear color while looking professional. This mini collection is cohesive set of separates for the woman who is always on the go.  These pieces are a fun pop of color and styles to any young professionals' closet.
Eat Some Cake!
Inspired by Jean-Honore Fragonard's painting titled "The Swing", which shows two men pinning after the same woman as she plays on the swing.  This collection takes inspiration from the Rococo style in Versailles, known for exuberant elegance and over the top ornamentation.  The title of the collection is based on the supposed quote from Marie-Antoinette "Let them eat cake".  I wanted to have satirical title, basically telling people to buy the collection, dress up, and participate in those "scandalous" activities.  The collection has a more modern interpretation with a little (but truly a lot) more skin showing.  Delicate lace, frills, and pearls paired with luxurious fabrics for fancifully sensual silhouettes.  After all who doesn't want to eat a little cake.

Thome Browne x Gracen Jones
Inspired by the designer Thome Browne, who is known for his boyish take on grey suiting, pattern mixing, classic four stripes, and Hector dachshund dog bag.  This collection take inspiration form the deconstructed style and mismatch pieces and patterns. I wanted to design as if it was a collaboration between Thome Browne's styles and mine.  My goal was to create a more simplified version of the brands over-the-top layering of skirts over pants, long trench coats, and tops.  In this collection, you still see the classic greys in various patterned fabric, with more feminine deconstructed garments. Th full collection would feature a full array of suit jackets, skirts, pants, and sweater vests done in the styles show.
ATLANTIS
Inspired by Atlantis: The Lost Empire, which is about group of explorers who discover Atlantis hidden and buried under the sea with the Atlantean people still alive and a princess who must find a hidden source of power to keep her people and kingdom thriving. The collection is inspired by the style of dress of Princess Kida and the Atlanteans wear. With various ocean blues, glowing crystals, and flowing draped garments, this collection is perfect for the sea.
The Whole Being Dead Thing!
Inspired by the classic Halloween movie Beetlejuice as well as the hit Broadway musical of the same name.  The idea was to create two stunning evening wear looks based on the main characters Lydia and Beetlejuice. The main goal to keep the key elements of the characters, while elevating the looks for occasions like Halloween parties or red-carpet events.
JONES STUDIO
This collection is a take on personal styles and branding. My personal style inclues simplistic fabrics with elegant but sexy silhouettes.  Inspired by the idea of daydreaming, the two garments are done in light dreamy pastels and silky comfortable fabrics.
Steampunk Tokyo
This avant garde collection is a mélange of traditional Japanese garments and silhouettes with classical steampunk accessories.  The woman on the far right is dressed in a traditional kimono with a bronze metal obi/corset piece, as well as a fold-a-ble parasol. Both of the men are dress in the men's kimono suit, with steampunk inspired prosthetic limb designs. Then the woman on the left is wearing a shorter more modern kimono with a bronze metal hand fan.
Fitted For Lecture
Inspired by ISU campus wear, colors, and trendy fall styles.  This collection features styles for all: ISU students, parents, siblings, kids, the whole family.  I wanted to update the ISU tartan to a version that I prefer, with a bit more muted tones and fall colors utilized throughout.  I also wanted to incorporate denim into the collection as plaid and denim are a classic fall combination.
The Way of Water
The intent of collection is to be worn at the Avatar 2 movie premiere.  The garments are inspired by water and nature, which are prominent themes featured in the film.  Both of these dresses have layered detailing that emulates waves and flowing water.
No. 10
Inspired by Alexander McQueen's 1997 Joan of Arc collection.  The idea was to create garments that were a continuation of the story line and theme.
